EATING OUT
Although Albufeira is primarilly famed for
its beaches, here you will also find some of the best restaurants on
the coast. The fresh fish and seafood dishes are the envy of the region
and do not come any fresher. Make sure you try the grilled sardines
and the cockle soup. The produce of the inland area makes for excellent
dishes containing lamb, sausages and chicken. Round off your meal with
one of the local sweets such as almond or fig cake.

Another Guia chicken piri-piri restaurant. Very large but still get
there early if you don't want to queue!
Salgados Beach Restaurant
Excellent fish. Friendly service, with sea views and a wonderful view
of the sunset.
